On February, 6 Nikolai Nikolaevich Makarov has been given Award for Science and Engineering and the title "Laureate of Russian government Awards for Science and Engineering" on the Orders of the Government of RF N 146-р "Russian government Awards for Science and Engineering in 2011". On behalf of the entire staff of "Ulyanovsk Instrument Manufacturing Design Bureau" JSC we sincerely congratulate Nikolai Nikolaevich on this well-deserved reward.

N.N. Makarov, Doctor of Engineering Science, has been at the head of our enterprise for 15 years already. He successfully settles not only the current and long-term matters of company management, but takes an active part in the activity of scientific community in the field of aviation. He has been given the title of Laureate of Russian government Awards for Science and Engineering for the development of effective algorithms of information processing and for making fault-tolerant integrated computing complexes, devices and components for airborne systems ensuring aircraft safety operation.
UIMDB General Director’s success and achievements recognized by the Government of RF have set a good example for all employees of our enterprise and became a stimulus for further self-improvement and continuation of scientific researches and tests.
We wish Nikolai Nikolaevich further achievements in the field of science and engineering for the benefit of the development and prosperity of national aircraft engineering!
